Chocolate Fudge Icing

Name: Chocolate Fudge Icing
Ingredients: 1 level tbsp golden syrup; 1 ½ tbsp milk; 43g margarine; ½ tsp vanilla; 28g cocoa; 142g icing sugar (+ 55g to thicken for the filling)

Method

Put all the ingredients except the icing sugar into a saucepan. Melt
Remove from the heat and beat in sieved icing sugar (142g)
Pour half of icing onto top of cake
Add 25g - 55g of icing sugar to thicken slightly
Sandwich the cakes together
